Service Users & Carers

The NHS and Social Care Act 2001 demands that every NHS body, including Drug Treatment Services, has a statutory duty to consult and involve patients and the public in its activities. The National Treatment Agency (NTA) is encouraging partnerships to consult with drug treatment service users and carers, and acknowledges the health, esteem and other personal benefits which involvement can bring.

Service User and Carer involvement is recognised as an invaluable tool to help us as a DAAT continually improve services.

This section is for you to give us your views and for us to provide you with the information, support and services you need.

Plymouth DAAT is always looking for Service Users and Carers to become involved and for further information please contact us
